Store Credit Only
All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).

- Wrong item sent
- Item has a manufacturing imperfection or defect
All other sales are final. We do not accept returns for opened, used, installed, or customer preference reasons.
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
- A 30% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Clear photos showing the issue (wrong item or imperfection)
If photos of the packaging before opening are not provided, the return request may be denied.

Pre-Orders & Special Orders
All pre-orders and special order items, including but not limited to exclusive Stradale Design parts, are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or refunds. If an issue qualifies under the limited return cases above, the resolution will be store credit only.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include detailed photos. Our team will assist you with a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
